You'd think with a bigger bed, there'd be plenty of room for us tall folk, plus a kiddo or two who wants to climb into bed in the middle of the night. Well, Ashlynn has proven to be a bed hog on more than one occasion. She's never really been interested in sleeping in our bed, and we've never really given her the option. But the past couple of weeks she's been randomly waking up around 3 or 4am, and is wide awake when I go in the room. So I pick her up, she snuggles into my shoulder (practically back to sleep already) and then I set her in the middle of Jeremy and me in bed. It's only been a handful of times, so not really a habit (maybe just a bad dream or two she's had?). Which is good, considering she wiggles and moves a lot in her sleeping, eventually laying horizontally or flat out sprawling out. Miss Gangly overtakes our big bed! But I can't help but love waking up to this...
